The Cement Business Division manufactures and sells cement and cement-related products including cement type soil stabilizer. These cement products are used in the form of ready-mixed concrete and concrete secondary products in order to construct social infrastructure such as houses, buildings, structures that support lifelines including electricity, gas and water supply, ports, bridges and roads. Our Division's products thus play an essential part in our daily life.

The Division also utilizes various wastes including household refuse we produce as raw materials and fuel for cement production.

By accepting wastes from society as well as from inside the company, the Division is deeply involved in building a recycle oriented society and supports our everyday life by its recycling approach.

Domestic cement demand is now under half what it was at peak times. In this harsh business environment, we have been implementing a steady reform in order to make a stable profit.

By supplying cement products, the Cement Business Division will make a steady contribution to development of social infrastructure and improvement of lifelines, while at the same time helping build a sustainable society by raising the waste recycling rate.
