Tokuyama established the Basic Principles of Sustainability and revised the Tokuyama Group Code of Conduct as of April 1, 2023 in order to promote CSR management, which is one of the priority issues of the Medium-Term Management Plan 2025, and to enhance the transparency of governance, which is demanded by society.
