Machinable AlN ceramics SHAPAL Hi Msoft

While ceramic materials generally have numerous advantages that are not found in metals or high polymer materials, they are difficult to process because of their hardness and fragility. For that reason, they posses both merits and demerits. In comparison to these conventional ceramics, Tokuyama's machinable aluminum nitride ceramics exhibit excellent machinability and strength, enabling them to be used in a wide array of fields, including as structural materials.
