Notice Concerning the Amalgamation of Two Local Subsidiaries in Singapore

Tokuyama Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Tokuyama") hereby announces that it will amalgamate Tokuyama Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. and Tokuyama Electronic Chemicals Pte. Ltd., two wholly owned subsidiaries based in Singapore on April 1, 2022 and newly start the business as Tokuyama Singapore Pte. Ltd..
Through this amalgamation, the Company aims to further enhance its corporate value by amalgamating and streamlining the management resources of its Singapore-based business and flexibly respond to increasingly diverse market and customer needs.
