Tokuyama Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Company") hereby announces the establishment of Tokuyama India Private Limited, a subsidiary effective from May 8, 2025, in India.

Under its Medium-Term Management Plan 2025, the Tokuyama Group has identified the transformation of the business portfolio toward the electronics, healthcare, and environmental sectors as a key priority. With the establishment of this new subsidiary, the Company aims to actively promote marketing and product sales in these fields within the Indian market, where strong economic growth is expected, thereby further enhancing corporate value.
