Notice Concerning Second Consecutive Selection as a Constituent of the FTSE Blossom Japan Index and Continued Inclusion in the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index

Tokuyama Corporation ("Tokuyama" or "the Company") has been selected as a constituent of the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) investment index "FTSE Blossom Japan Index" for the second consecutive year. Additionally, the Company has been selected for the third consecutive year as a constituent of the "FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index".

Tokuyama has been proactively advancing its ESG initiatives and related information disclosure by promoting initiatives such as "Contribute to Mitigation of Global Warming" and "Practice Socially Responsible Management" as stated in Mid-term Management Plan 2025.

We believe that our continued inclusion in the indices demonstrates recognition for these efforts, and we will remain committed to further strengthening our ESG initiatives going forward.
