Notice Concerning Suspension for the Inquiry System via Website (2nd Notice)

The Company's Website Inquiry system, the "Contact Us" Inquiry Form, that in an August 11, 2020 notification was disclosed as being disabled, has resumed service as of 12:30, August 12, Japan time.

The Company will work steadily to respond to inquiries received during the below period of service outage, however, please note that some responses may require more time, and that there may be some omissions. In the event that you receive no response from the Company, please again fill out the Contact Us Inquiry Form and then resend. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Together with investigating the cause of service outage, going forward the Company will strive to prevent reoccurrence. We ask for your kind understanding and cooperation.
