We published this year's integrated report "Tokuyama Report 2026" with the aim of communicating our value creation process and medium- to long-term business strategy in an easy-to-understand manner.

This report presents an overview of the Medium-Term Management Plan 2030, announced in May 2026, from the perspectives of business strategy, finance, and sustainability. It outlines the Company's growth strategy and direction for value creation toward 2030. In the President's Message, newly appointed President Inoue shares, in his own words, his vision and approach to enhancing corporate value.
