Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)
Sodium bicarbonate is produced by reacting carbon dioxide with high-quality caustic soda. Because it is the least alkaline of all sodium compounds, sodium bicarbonate is used in a wide range of applications from medical products to commodity.
