Personnel who consistently surpass their predecessors

It's amazing that the youth, who spoke about an interest in aluminum nitride during an interview for work, is now within reach of fulfilling that dream. As a student I was curious about heat management materials, which led me to Tokuyama, a world-class manufacturer. Since entering the Company, I have inched closer to my goal step by step.

My manager has remained a source of unwavering encouragement, advising me to never shy away from a challenge for fear of making a mistake. Despite some hurdles along the way, each stumbling block has only served as the next steppingstone. 24/7, I would unconsciously fall asleep each night looking forward to what the next day would bring. There is no better feeling at work than creating world-first products that help enhance people's everyday lives. As a new goal, I would like to share this sense of satisfaction and well-being with my colleagues and subordinates. Ramping up efforts to pass on this spirit to the next generation will surely provide the impetus to excel.

Focusing on the success of the team over any one individual is also a credo that I learned as a youth playing soccer. Building on my experiences involved in research through to product commercialization, I wonder how my own reactions and personal development will evolve. No one is more excited than I am about the future and how I will change.
